The Ford Focus Estate Automatic car has a thankless task. Overshadowed by more stylish hatchbacks it is the workhorse of many fleets used for carrying tools, equipment or sales samples. And because it isn't really that big, it tends not to be worth much more than equivalent hatchbacks On the whole however it is a genuinely classy cabin environment feeling noticeably improved over its predecessor. The driving position offers plenty of adjustment. Variable assistance power steering makes for easy parking and plenty of feedback on the move. Feels as well built as any volume car in this class.
Ford Focus Estate Automatic continues to grow in size and inside it almost feels like it's a size up. There is easily room enough for five adults with good head and leg room even in the rear. It is generally a refined environment in which to travel with limited engine and road noise. |
